New this season: a double-header format. Every week you play two match-ups instead of one.
- Match-up 1 — Head-to-Head: your usual matchup vs. another manager
- Match-up 2 — League Median: your score vs. the week's median (8 teams land above, 8 below)
- Two results each week → a 28-game W–L record across the 14-week regular season
- No more 8th-seed wild card: most Points For (8th–16th) no longer earns a playoff berth — seeding is now set by W–L record, with PF as the tiebreaker
- Double-headers apply to the regular season only — playoffs & consolation stay straight H2H

- Daily-fantasy style — anyone can pick any player, no head-to-head
- One-time use: once you play a player, you can't use them again the rest of the playoffs
- Play Josh Allen in the Wild Card round? He's unavailable for you to select in subsequent weeks
- Strategy: balance your best weekly lineup against which teams will keep advancing
- Most total points across all 4 playoff weeks wins
- Prize is 1× buy-in, paid from the existing buy-in pot
- Everyone starts fresh — a last chance to win it back (or pad your winnings!)
The Weekly Winners Challenge will take on a new format this season. We'll still have weekly challenges — but instead of paying out cash each week, every manager will collect points based on how they finished in that week's stat category.
- Each week, every manager ranks 1–16 in that week's stat category. Points are awarded by finish — 50 pts for 1st, 38 pts for 2nd … 1 pt for 16th — similar to F1 rankings/points
- At the end of the 14-week regular season, the manager with the most accumulated points wins 1× buy-in; 2nd place 0.4× buy-in; 3rd place 0.1× buy-in
- If a manager has multiple players in the top 16 of the stat category, only the highest player/stat will be taken; all 16 managers will score/rank 1–16
- In case of a tie, points will be added up for all tied positions and split evenly amongst the tied managers
- No more weekly competitions during the playoffs (Weeks 15–17)
We recognized that 1st Down scoring carried way too much weight last season. 1st Down scoring will be reduced as follows:
- QB: 0.1 pts · RB/WR/TE: 0.2 pts
- Last season's scoring: QB/RB/WR/TE all 0.5 pts
- The IR spot on rosters will be removed
- Keeping 5 bench spots
